Well, really my food storage since my pantry is smaller and up in the kitchen. We stock up big time when stores have case lot sales or great prices on many of our regular items, and buy in bulk (when it's a good deal) so that we only do one big grocery trip a month and little trips as needed for fresh produce, etc, though we can often avoid those when we do the local produce co-op. To be honest I was trying to lose 10 so the spike was very frustrating. I diet is usually very calorically low. I have had a problem with hitting a starvation mode before and had my weight shoot up. Hopefully I can get back on track without a trip to the doctors again. Ugh!
