Please feel free to lean on me and ask any questions/advice (no matter how silly you think it is) and hopefully I can help you along this journey.

BTW, in the end, my kids REALLY UNDERSTOOD what I had trained for and there was a real "awakening" (particularly with my teenage son) when he saw me get in the water at the crack of dawn and saw me racing all day long. I think he found a new appreciation for all I had done to get where I was.

Good luck with your training! The Lifestyle Shackhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04988042723195135803noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3732829991335734426.post-13299117472497463402013-02-04T12:48:17.243-05:002013-02-04T12:48:17.243-05:00Check out the one hour ironman's blog. http://...Check out the one hour ironman's blog. http://ironbob-ironbob.blogspot.com/

I found him to be very helpful when preparing for my full.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3732829991335734426.post-62768086873447107182013-02-04T09:16:05.699-05:002013-02-04T09:16:05.699-05:00You're going into this with all of the love an...You're going into this with all of the love and respect for yourself and your family. I am terrified of the amount of work it's going to require on top of spending time with my little one, but I think with the right attitude we can do it! Good luck and I can't wait to follow your adventure. Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
