The 2010 Indianapolis Marathon is in the books (recap tomorrow) ...
And I accomplished all three of my goals:
I followed my race plan!
I remained injury-free for the ENTIRE training cycle!
I got new PR!
I finished in 4:49:38 - EXACTLY a 17 minute PR ...
which means that Hayley (who left me nothing to link to) had the closest guess of my finish time at 4:48:08. Congrats Hayley! Email me with your contact info and I will send you your prize!
