on to the next ...

Guess what started today?


Seven weeks of re-establishing my base.

12 weeks of marathon training.

National Marathon (and hopefully a new PR), here I come ...

woohoo! I start marathon training next week for my first marathon - the VA beach shamrock run! I was way more excited about it after finishing the half in October... hopefully that excitement will come back!

This has changed from the last list which was on the fridge if I remember correctly....did you do this while it was raining...very colourful, that will help inspire thos goals.....goodluck

Yay! I start training next week for the SAME marathon. It will be my FIRST!!!!! I am doing Hal Higdon's Novice 1. I am coming down from Boston to run it.

Also - I keep forgetting to respond to you re: Racing Weight. I would LOVE to lend you the book... thing is, I got it for hubs for his Bday (okay so maybe it was mostly for me, hehehe) and he is a slooooowwww reader. If/when he ever finishes it, you are first on the loaner list!
