I NEEDED to run. The guilt was too much. It was hot when I left.
And I was hot when I got back. This is what 4 miles looks like when it's 86 degrees out and you have a total tank top FAIL (yes, I still wore the socks) ...
I may have looked a mess, but I don't regret the run ...

I don't know how you run in that heat with those socks. :-)
I sweat way more than you, if that was me there would be no dry spots left! Sometimes you just gotta run, even when you know you should rest, it's called "RUNNERS MADNESS!" It's an illness that a lot of runners have, but as long as you feel good that''s all that matters,
All I see is one SKINNY and fit chick! You rocked it out there! Way to sweat it out.
I agree with kat. No dry spots when I run. Ekk! It's just like swimming.
I love that you still rock the socks!
It is not maddness at all. It is complete devotion.
I might be the only one who thinks this but sweat only makes you look cooler, right! When you sweat it just shows how hard you worked.
I can't believe you still wore the socks.
WOW! that is crazy! I am a heat wimp, but good for you for getting out there!
i had stopped feeling guilty this am, but then i saw your post while i was eating strawberry shortcake and now i feel guilty again. aaaarrrgghhhh.....i am going to have to kick it tomorrow. good for you with the socks, that's your gig of course you have to wear them.
I have to agree you are quite the skinny minnie!!
My first thought was how thin you look. Who cares about the sweat when you look like that!
Way to get the run in with all of that heat! I sweat like a pig, so I am always drenched when I finish a run!
You aren't sweating; you're glowing. You are such a powerhouse!
You rock!! I don't know how you can run in that heat especially with the socks....
hot stuff for a hot run!!!
You're supposed to look a mess after a run. I always think its weird when you look like you haven't just worked your but off after a run.
Honey, take the tank off and go in your bra! Your abs are HOT and it is HOT out! It's so freeing :)
I agree with Katie A. Go out in the sports bra when it's too damn hot! I just started to the other day even though I'm 7 months post-partum. I still have a faint vertical line down my belly from the pregnancy but I don't care when it's hot.
Love that your hat is coordinated with your skirt!
Way to go on getting out there and getting it done! I have the same guilt especially if I see other people out running.
