Wordless Wednesday: Highlighter

Before: The most HORRIBLE lavender hair ever.
Step 1: Apply Bleach
Step 2: Rinse out bleach
Step 3: Apply color
After: Yes, it looks like a highlighter exploded on my head
Bonus: The girls are rocking pink streaks too ...

Lesley loved it so much she commented twice on it.....haha!

I really love your attitude. How many mothers are going to color their hair pink as a change from purple. Seriously that is just awesome.

You can carry off that look so well. I think it helps to have such a pretty face and engaging smile.

I had the pink streaks a few years ago and loved them. In my teens and 20's I did every color in the book and Manic Panic was my best friend. Love the pink on you. My daughter wants me to put her pink streak back in her hair now that summer has arrived. I think it is time!! Your girls are rocking the pink!!

You know, I quite like the pink! It suits you! As a brunette, I envy your options, who *wouldn't* want neon day glow hair, hunh?!?!?

I vote blue next.

I am teetering on the edge of coloring my hair crazy. The gray that has cropped up since having my girls is just out of control. How often do you have to re-bleach? Re-apply color? I'm scared! But really want to be nuts-o with my color. It looks way more fun than brown and gray...

That hair is neither horrible nor lavender. Yes it does look like a highlighter exploded on your head, but at least it was an awesome hot pink highlighter.
